How spicy is it?
We offer two varieties:
Mild – Don't let the name fool you. Mild still delivers a noticeable kick and plenty of flavour, making it perfect for everyday use.
Hot – Crafted for serious spice lovers. Expect a bold, lingering heat designed for those with a high spice tolerance.
How should I store it?
Thai Flame can be stored for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator to help preserve its flavour, freshness and quality for longer.
Vegan? Gluten free?
All our products are Vegan and Gluten free

Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location
Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post estimates the following delivery timeframes:
- Metro areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 7–10 business days
- Remote areas: 14–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, but start at $10. We offer free delivery on orders over $100 AUD
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel and include photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
